This was a very quick project that I put together for a hostess prize at my last class. The flowers were pre-cut (Die-Cut Blooms) and the centers were easily punched from designer paper (Summer Picnic) using the scallop punch and two circle punches. The tin was purchased at Target (in the dollar section!), and it was filled with individually wrapped lifesavers.
